Rudraksha is pious and is given as Prasad of Lord Shiva. Rudraksha too should be worn under guidance and necessity and not as read on various sites. They have guidelines too. They too need purity of thoughts and should be kept in a clean environment.
Rudraksha is cultivated in various countries. But they should go through the Shuddhikaran process before wearing it.
